If you are missing a tooth, there are several treatment options available. Dental implants now provide a way to replace a missing tooth without affecting the surrounding teeth.

In the past, a common solution was a dental bridge, which consists of crowns fused together and cemented onto the adjacent teeth. While effective, this method requires altering the healthy teeth on either side of the missing space. Another option has been removable appliances, such as partial dentures, which can restore function but must be taken in and out.

With a dental implant, we can place a small titanium post directly into the missing space without impacting neighboring teeth. Once healed, a custom crown is attached, providing a permanent, natural-looking replacement that functions just like a real tooth. This option offers greater stability, longevity, and convenience compared to traditional bridges or removable solutions.
